How we use it. To manage tenancies and accounts, coordinate maintenance and showings, process payments, respond to inquiries, and send the communications you've agreed to, including text messages.

Text messaging & sharing. No mobile information or SMS opt-in will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., our messaging carrier) and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.
